Application Process: Develop a detailed application process, including selecting universities and subjects, understanding application requirements, and setting submission deadlines
Personal Statement Guidance: Provide guidance and support in writing a personal statement to fully express the student’s identity, abilities, and goals.
Recommendation Letters: Advise on choosing suitable referees and support students in managing their recommendation letters.
Interview Preparation: For universities that require interviews, conduct mock interviews and provide feedback to help students confidently present themselves.
Risk Management: Assess and manage the risks associated with the student’s investment and application decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of submitted applications and provide feedback and adjustments as necessary
Financial Process and Scholarship Support: Assist students in understanding the financial processes and seeking scholarship opportunities.
Portfolio Editing: Review and edit application portfolios to ensure they are correctly formatted and showcase the student effectively.
Decision Guidance: After receiving application results, assist students in evaluating and selecting the appropriate university.
Waitlist and Appeals Guidance: Support students who are placed on a waitlist or wish to appeal admission decisions (if applicable)
Understanding Trends and Requirements: Stay updated on and understand the trends and changes in the admission processes of overseas universities.
II. Requirements
Graduated from university or higher, or have equivalent experience.
Experience in education, mentoring, tutoring, and admissions counselling is preferred.
Skills in planning, clear and coherent written communication, and presentation are essential.
Patience when working independently under pressure.
Proficiency in English skills (IELTS certificate of 7.0 or higher / CEFR C1 or equivalent).
